That is interesting, couldn't the UK charger her "royalties" for use (our) Royal brand? 😂

Unfortunately probably not 'cos also highlighted was the amazing rate they are getting through money and how most of what they've done has been a flop and after Netflix's & Spotify's experience other similar companies will be being very careful (eg after one Spotify exec. spoke about his experience dealing with them ...).

Mrs B would hate my house!

After a late Friday night meeting up with some old Rugby Club mates, Saturday saw me reclining on the sofa from where I watched:

Lions Game
Cricket till close
Wales v Netherlands women's Euros
England v France women's Euros
Argentina v England Rugby

. . .then went to bed.

(did get out on the bike on Sunday though)

There was never the slightest speculation regarding the remotest hint of the merest idea of a whispered vague allusion to the possibility that I might!

Anyway as a non-subscriber to the BBC and the various conditions required to be such, by rights I shouldn't be watching the ITV stream - by now that probably constitutes an imprisonable act of terrorism.

I thought it was very moving when everyone stood up and clapped for Sarah Gilbert, the covid vaccine scientist, at Wimbledon. It should reserved as a special honour for exceptional individuals or retired players, not just done because some random famous bod is there.

Because everyone is too British to stand up and shout "self-gratification artists". That would be great if everyone had done that instead

I attended a conference in 2021 where she was due to speak. But she had COVID so cancelled.

She's got a point - that only leaves one channel for watching local news and antiques shows.
