Looking this morning to see is Dan Neidle had tweeted anything more re Rayner story, I saw his tweets from yesterday about litigation he had received from a barrister.

If you have the time, this is an incredible story of incompetence from a Barrister suing Mr Neidle and seeking an "on notice" injunction ex parte and trying to force Neidle to publish a statement saying that in Mr Neidle's opinion the barrister is the best tax barrister in England ( obviously this is not Neidle's views), The whole thread is unbelievable and a real WTF story

Would be interesting to hear the other side of the story

@spen666 I had exactly the same thought.

Kamal's behaviour raises echoes on my mental health radar.

Interesting, I never considered mental health issues. I just thought he sounds like a narcissistic bully, which is not an uncommon trait amongst some ( a minority to be fair) at the Bar.

I think your suggestion is a good call as well and may be the accurate one

Never heard of him the so called tax barrister. I've met some of the foremost tax KCs in the UK.

Don't ask how I got an invite to some London chambers soiree
