Turkey defends itself Turkey strikes Kurdish sites after attack kills five near Ankara https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c937p1vzrx0o

Very few winners there.

One of my Turkish colleagues used to work at that site. I don't think she knew any of the victims:

Turkish Vice-President Cevdet Yilmaz said four of the victims of Wednesday's attack near Ankara were TAI employees, while the fifth was a taxi driver.

The victims were named by Turkey's state-run news agency as Cengiz Coskun, a quality control officer, Zahide Guclu, a mechanical engineer, security guard Atakan Sahin Erdogan, another employee called Huseyin Canbaz and Murat Arslan, the taxi driver.

The Kurds were promised a homeland after WW1 and the break-up of the Habsburg empire. It didn't happen and they've formed stateless minorities in several countries ever since. As you might expect, they've been subject to varying degrees of oppression over the years. They were fighting for independence in Syria, but that of course alarmed the Turkish government and led to a crackdown on Kurdish areas in Turkey.
And so it rumbles on.

I guess if we all just say ''they are all equally to blame'' that settles the matter to your satisfaction?

You can say that if it floats your boat, but I have never said that about this or the Israel Palestine situation.

So wait, the game is to pick a side for you then to disapprove of it?

Says a lot about you that you think war is a game

Oh, and I have not picked any side in either dispute. It's not appropriate when all parties are involved in wrong doing
