Meanwhile, the Stop Trump Coalition is planning protests at every Tesla dealership in the UK on March 29.

Which dealership are you attending, I'll come down in our Tesla's, give you a lift to the bus station after you've finished 🤣

So the court case might literally pi$$ on his fireworks.

What's the likely chances of them winning, in all seriousness considering the judicial interference?
I'd say any court interference may be counterproductive for Musk.
Which would he want the least, to win the court case and have SpaceX grounded, or lose the court case and lose face.

Musk has ridden roughshod over many small companies in order to get what he wants. Forcing many into bankruptcy, then claiming the copyright/ownership of the relevant patents.
Now he's in new territory, for him. A small company whose technology he's using for more than one major project. And he requires them for both.

He's going against everything that Tesla stood for, when he was alive.

Probably taking a bit of profit, seen as the stocks have begun to climb again

It's quite a volatile stock over the 5 year period, so either long term hold or play the waves for profit

I must bve very out of date on this, but Musk seems to have lots of court cases running most of the time. Which case is being discussed? (link or hint for search engine as all my searches seem to return a fair number of ongoing cases).

Thanks

(point taken) I was referring to the specific court case that Classic33 mentioned.

It's the nature of the beast, become successful, someone/entity tries to leverage money out of you.

It hardly news, the patent litigation is a business in it's self

Example Apple sued 181 in the last 5 years alone

Tesla on the other hand released all it's patents in 2014. They would rather succeed in business and are happy for others to use their tech

Thanks but all I can find from classic33 is that their charging network depends on the case which other posts commenbt could ground SpaceX. I'm none the wiser and Google is no help.

I wasn't making any comment on clarity, just after some details so I can read more about the case.
