Starting to wonder if the Greens are slipping towards Corbyn territory. This doesn't feel like Green policies are at the top of her agenda.

Hasn’t that always been the big problem with them? They briefly started to show signs of becoming a reasonably sensible left of centre Party with a Green agenda but for most of my memory they have been loons with ridiculous economic policy.
Hearing this report on the radio, I first heard "Windfall Tax" and from the Green Party and I just assumed it was being proposed on the Oil companies (being Green Party and all).https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cwy49k5x0w1o
38% windfall tax on banks isn't serious policy. If the argument is that they are ripping people off now, this would encourage 62% more ripping off.
It is a policy for the numpty left, which seems to make up most of their party.

Then when it got to "on the banks" that to me summed-up where their focus is under Polanski, migrated well away from any green environmental focus.
I don't think "getting elected" should be the priority for anybody. Just a sign of ego. The aim should be to change our governance to be closer to one's ideology. Green Party can pursue Green Policies and achieve change without "being elected". Operating in the political arean (putting up candidates for election, etc.) positions them as part of the policy system rather than as lobbyists/pressure groups. If they want to be elected they have to show a complete set of policies, and socialism is, in general, a better fit than capitalism.
Can't quite tell, but is she wearing tin foil in that photo?
