Aaron Rupar on Bluesky or whatever is far more digestible - he just transcribes the word salad most of the time, with sometimes a slightly elongated "WTAF" written comment.

The commentary is trash, i'll admit but sometimes, for al the clever rhetoric and more erudite dissection of Trump, Trump sycophants and the general farce that surrounds him, I like the plain talking sweary Trump bashing stuff. It's brain candy. Call me cheap.

I know Bluesky can be bad enough for confirmation bias (though to be fair to me I do engage with people to what I'd consider both left & right of me, if I had to categorise myself and them), but the video stuff seems to feed on constant, lengthy, and boring repetition of stuff that the viewers will agree with and find comforting to pad out clips of people they find reprehensible. It doesn't move the discussion on one iota, but gets more subscribers, I guess, and that's where the big bucks are.
Getting a bit more serious, I think all the confirmation bias comfort stuff is a bit of a rabbit hole that feeds on itself. I'm not sure it's healthy, if not for individuals, then for reasoned argument to be possible to get us out of this orchestrated mess.
I've got a lot more time for the marginal print media who don't play the corporate game, such as Byline Times, The Verge, Private Eye etc in the UK, that do proper investigative and analytical stuff.
Sorry, boring, as well as fuddy-duddy, I realise.

I mix and match. Sometimes i'll take the time and read the more articulate stuff. But Trump is a perfect vessel for ridicule. If you sit in the eternal space of looking for hope or a cessation of the rot, you may be waiting for a while and in the meantime, you can have some fun at his expense without guilt that you're not spreading the constructive word or engaging in arguments that have depth - and anyway, most of the people whom you associate with both online and in the 'real world', you'll come to the same agreeable conclusions.
Trash is good for the soul. It breaks the monotony of the alt right, those purveyors of the message that everything is on the verge of imminent collapse. It's quite okay to laugh at them. Trump is an @rsehole of the highest calibre. So say it in jest or in seriousness, it matters not. They serve the same purpose regardless of the depth of argument. If it makes you feel better to express yourself in fine logic or complex reasoning, then go ahead. I'll try and do that too. The guy in the video I posted does point out the hypocricy and the contradictions if you boil it down to the sentiments conveyed, no matter how trashy it is.

I've grown tired of them, mostly as they are just (mostly) justifiable rants and no longer funny. I find Dunt's written swearing funnier, as he's not trying to be a comedian. Or Malcolm Tucker swearing, which was a thing of great beauty.
