It’s because he wasn’t on the ballot paper. If he had been it would have been a landslide (I’m not sure if he said which way though).

Slightly confused that they declare States when counting hasn’t finished.

Which is pleasantly surprising.

So 2 years of nothing getting done in the US with Trump vetoing every law Congress tries to pass being vetoed (Trump has already started calling himself Mr Veto) and Congress blocking everything Trump tries to do. It should be a result that brings in oversight to stop the more stupid stuff but I can’t see how they’ll manage for 2 years with that sort of stalemate.
