apparently the UK is considering banning perv glasses. Even sadder.

In some ways I do find this sad. These camera glasses can be a real help to blind and partially sighted people.

My son is partially sighted, and wears glasses and he has said that he would consider getting them in the future to help as his eyesight worsens.

Possibly there could be a way of making them available only via optician/hospital prescription, although I accept there will be some abuse of this.

This could have a pretty big impact on the stock markets, because yet again we've all been investing our pensions in things that don't make as much money or soon enough as all of the lemmings have though.

Is this the third tech bubble already?
I'm pretty obliged to have a face to face meeting with one of my two Financial Advisers (I dislike them, dislike meeting them, etc. but they do seem to make good decisions).

In advance of the meeting I asked them to report on the level of my funds invested in AI as I considered it a high risk of a bubble and unlikely to provide the returns commensurate with the investments. At the meeting they had a full A4 response and seems their investment managers have already been pulling out of not just AI but more broadly US Tech Stocks over the previous year (ie now 2 years ago) and I was then down at 8% in the broad categorisation "Tech Stocks".

I hope there would be medical exemptions, as I've read what a game-changer they are for blind and partially-sighted people.
