I see Trump is pulling the "You'll have to be patient to see the benefits of Trumpism" mantra. I wonder how long it will be before they say that because of Biden that Trumpism wasn't done properly, which is why years later it still isn't working.
He may be saying it will take time or that it's Biden's fault but from the looks of his approval ratings the US electorate are not believing it.

He will be posting on Untruth Social well into his 90s, to take credit for things.

It probably ought to go in the jokes thread, but "Eight Very Strong Questions' Schumer just doesn't get it, and is part of the problem.

The deal was always going to be signed, and should be good for both countries given the parlous state Ukraine is in, but is not the one Trump started off with. It does not include anything about Ukraine paying off any ‘debt’ to Trump for the millions of trillions of help in fighting the war.

Incidentally Trump did not actually write ‘The Art of the Deal’. He had a co-author who says that Trump contributed nothing to the book. Nothing new there.

One thing that Trump is undoubtedly absolutely brilliant at is recognising the prejudices and cognitive abilities of morons and getting them to believe his lies.

It's not trillions 😂

According to reports it's around $180-200 billion in aid since the war began in 2022

The minerals deal will be compensatory to the money spent already.

I'd expect over the years USA will be more than compensated 👍

Are WE (UK or EU) getting any minerals?
(I haven't actually had the draft agreement from Trump's people via my people yet, so please be patient with me!)

The reports I've seen (I haven't read the document) is that it's a financial/investment deal so US is getting money not the actual minerals. So presumably the minerls will be sold on the open market to achieve the highest returns rather than being "owned" by any particular country.
