The Albrego Garcia detention hearing took place yesterday. A decision has been delayed by the magistrate.
From the court reporting, it sounds to have been a very uncomfortable day for the acting US attorney Robert McGuire, who was handed the short straw following the resignation last month of the previous US attorney. It also goes to show just how corrupted the DoJ has become under the TACO dictator.
Evidence given that investigations into Garcia did not commence until 28 April. - Some 18 days after the SC ruled Garcia's removal was illegal and over 2 years after the Tennessee traffic stop upon which much of the regime's claim about people smuggling rests.
The investigating agent gave evidence largely based upon what he had been told by Homeland Security agents. i.e hearsay.
The acting state attorney even had to resort to there being a lack of setbelts for the number of vehicle occupants at the Tennessee traffic stop.

It also appears from other reporting that the DoJ are offering deals to smuggling gang leaders, one of whom has been deported 5 times, to allow them to stay in the US, if they testify again Albrego Garcia.
