Does Trump really think that if Iran does his "unconditional surrender" they'll just sit quietly and suffer? Me thinks not. Big country and means they'll be finding ways to do things in secret.
How hard is it to enrich uranium once you have the designs and speeds? I actually developed a full control system for a commercial uranium enrichment plant (project managed as well as doing s/w development). Far from the most complex control system I did. Went live and operated commercially for years. But that was just enrichment for nuclear power generation. On-site acceptance testing and commissioning was fun, big joke trying to find the centrifuge speeds, they weren't allowed to tell us we weren't allowed to know hence joke trying subterfuge to try and find out eg "what are the operational limits to put on this sensor ...?" and they never gave any indications.

Netanyahu will get what he wants and Trump will blame Iran for not signing "his deal" and walk away leaving the chaos behind.
