I think even amongst most Republicans (and evangelicals) paedophilia isn't a vote-winner. If he was raping 14yo trafficked girls, which seems rather likely, then I think that could tip the balance. Well, I'd hope so.

I am in the Cassandra camp too.

If Trump's base wavers I believe he will find a pretext to call in the military and impose martial law. I don't see him going peacefully and I don't see the establishment standing up to him. The time for that passed ages ago.*

I think you are saying that he's done enough to warrant not being POTUS?
Although, even in that context, that is a bit of a dismissive statement. Hundreds of girls were trafficked and abused by Epstein and how many were gagged or paid off? Who was in the ring?
