Trump can do no wrong in your eyes: it's baffling that you're so blind to his failings, inadequacies and insecurities.

It serves as a window. A window into a world where it's easy to align yourself with populist solutions, not the complex world of reality politics where solutions are very complex and the route to where we have got to has history and through that history, we find, most things are very grey.

I've been amusing myself by insulting him, undermining him, pointing out his ugly-minded stupidity for months, and to be honest I cannot recall a single interaction where I feel he has 'won'. And I doubt he does either.

I actually find it interesting to have a poster here who is a living, breathing example of why Reform look on course to win a colossal overall majority, and why the US elected a depraved, senile serial criminal & sexual predator for a second presidential term.

Like I said, there's a level on which he understands perfectly well who & what what he's endorsing, and and I'd like to know if he genuinely doesn't care how vile and disgusting his heroes are, just as long as they're hurting the people he wants to see being hurt. Challenging him, taking the piss out of him - and (on one unique occasion!) actually engaging him in proper discussion at least gives an insight into the mind of the sort of person who would cheerfully burn refugees to death in their beds - or might even trigger a moment of self-awareness & self-reflection.
