He was granted asylum in April 2025. Doge began auditing USCIS a month earlier, suspect it was to do with spending initially.

The sheer luck of timing he slipped through the net.

Thats why quick decisions should not be pushed through until further checks come back satisfactory.

I believe she was named in the original judgement because of the sh1te she submitted to Judge Middlebrooks and to quote from the judgement, [claims made] "knowingly false or with a reckless disregard for the truth".
She also tried to make new submissions in the appeal court, which had not been made to the original court.
Unlike the contractors who Trump ripped off, the defendants in these cases do have means. So I'm guessing that if the bill isn't paid, the lawyers involved will have no hesitation in seeking a court order to seize property or garnish bank accounts.
