If all these people / organisations he’s trying to sue dig their heels in and fight back he’s really going to struggle just under the weight of it all and I can see him saying something in one case that goes against him in another. He was getting swamped by legal cases against him before the election but winning meant they got swept away. Now he’s in danger of doing it again through his own choice.

His main strategy is to overwhelm people with expensive lawyers so they fold and settle out of court.
We can only hope that enough stand their ground and he becomes the architect of his own downfall.
