I know this is entirely wrong and juvenile (no change there then), but everytime I hear of Iceland, I still immediately think of the supermarket and prawn rings. 😀

This is an excellent juxtaposition: the SC 'Kavanaugh Stop' ruling, and the photo below, someone already restrained being pepper sprayed right into their face. I find it hard to imagine the mindset of these brutal thugs. These types of photos are going to end up in the history books: it's so sad that we have to go through this cycle yet again, despite the "never again" cry after Hitler. What is wrong with these people?

This 4yo was taken away by ICE when his father was detained, and held by them for 24 hours, when his family didn't know where he was. I'd happily lock each of these ICE thugs up for 24 years.

The boy was taken with his father and stayed with his father. His immigration status is being verified whilst being held in Texas.
I suppose the officers could just leave the kid to fend for himself whilst they questioned his Dad

So they should have just left the kid on the street?
If a responsible parent gets taken into custody, you'd expect the 'authorities' to take the kid into care too until another appropriate guardian is found. That's what happens across the west.
