I would have thought it applies to ANY family, where family members "exploit" or make use of another Family members prestige or contacts to advance themselves.

In this instance, I was referring to Mrs Trump, not the wider family.

Of course it does but there is an extra element when that "other family member" runs the country and influences laws and markets. You may just as well argue that pinching a pencil from work is no different from defrauding a company of millions - it's all theft.
