The title of this thread obviously emboldened Trump. I think the EU should suggest that he file that order where the sun don't shine.
Reflecting,Vance, Hegseth et al.'s hate of Europe is just childish and nothing more than prejudice. All this "Europe needs to pay for defence ...". Why won't Starmer just ask them who came to help the US when they invoked NATO Article 5, first and only time it's ever been used. Which countries suffered loss of the lives of their troops defending the US.
That they can't understand "partnership" and have no knowledge of modern recent history speaks volumes about naivety and unsuitability for leadership.
