They quickly established that the account was genuine, reinstated it and blue ticked it to show that it was a genuine account. Just like Twitter before Elon bought it and let any old moron pretend to be JD Vance.

One think I found interesting, which, I don't think has been mentioned so far, was his pronouncement that the Iranians should have surrendered after the initial attack, by Israel.

On that basis, shouldn't the USA have surrendered to Japan after Pearl Harbour?

I suspect that the Iranian Government are fully aware of Trump's agreements and how he'll push through what he wants then a few days later ignore it or tear it up take to Social Media criticising the imbecile who wrote it.

Trump's agreements last as long as it suits Trump and no longer.

And even if they sign on Trump's dotted line, Israel has shown it happily ignores Trump's wishes anyway so would just carry on its attacks on civilian infrastructure.
