Oh that is annoying. If Mrs P searches something on the net, I (used to) get 'continue shopping' links on my desktop. I even got an email saying 'You viewed this item, make an offer'. Bizarre - it was something I was selling.
I was searching for a Vortex air heater/cooler. I bought one and I got bombarded with ads for the Vortex air on YT after I had purchased one.
Now no more - Nord VPN. It's the dog's danglies.

I’m not annoyed. I find the use of AI/algorithms quite impressive. Although I do get a bit spooked when I think about something and then a video on the subject suddenly appears on Youtube out of nowhere.

Back on subject…….I can see how people get caught in echo chambers and get submersed in the cult of the MAGA.
