Given that's what the US oligarchs seem to want in the Trump family, and that Dubai doesn't tolerate any of the woke or diversity stuff that so troubles them, I can see the attraction for them.

It's actually really nice there. Main issue is that most of the companies based there aren't based there. Not sure about the people evading personal taxes.
