From what I have read and seen, Comey's lawyers are going to have a field day. - Assuming the case isn't thrown out.
Halligan could also be looking at having a move to have her bar licence revoked. There are reports of Halligan having breached Comey's fifth and sixth amendment rights as well as client/lawyer privilege. Amendment rights, in particular the fifth, should be fundamental to US lawyer training, even for an insurance lawyer.
Then there was her breach of discussing the case with a journalist.
Edit: Letitia James will clearly argue that if Halligan screwed up this much with Comey, what took place with her own indictment? Quite apart from breaches of confidentiality in how the information for her indictment was obtained in the first place.

I think the immediate problem will be that there hasn't been a precedent for this screw-up, of a not being presented with a legitimate GJ indictment for a case that required it. So I'd guess that the judge will be carefully working out what to do with some serious legal advice before making any pronouncements. But on the face of it, it looks like there is no valid GJ indictment, and as the alleged crime is now beyond the statute of limitation, they can't refile.

I hope nothing was actually broken, stair or Shorty. At least we don't have to worry if the bike's OK.

You are probably correct, but that is an assumption. 😉

A certain social is going to be using a load of caps tonight!
Hopefully the rapist posts something which can later be used against him, or to destroy one of his malicious actions. Just like he did when he publicly posted what was supposed to be a private message to Bondi about the Comey prosecution.
