More stuff surfacing. This is from an FBI intake file. It's the first step into an investigation so none of this has been verified:

If you have a degenerative brain disease I'm not sure that matters.

There's an argument that boxing is some way ahead of a lot of other sports when it comes to safety. I'm. Not sure how strong that argument is, but footballers still self assess themselves for concussion together with a physio hired by the same employer, and we've all seen riders who barely know where they are after a crash helped back on a bike by a soigneur.

Mine isn't an argument in favour of rugby (inherently injurious from the necessity of high-impact bodily contact), or football (headers should be outlawed, given what we know).

Cycling would go with all the other risky sports (mountaineering, wing suiting, skiing etc) where minor errors can have very serious & fatal consequences.

But seldom do. Statistical evidence with a sample size of one.

I can help with evidence of skin lost from hip or elbow.
Or, as a British Cycling coach said to me: If you haven't got the scars you haven't been trying hard enough.

I remember being told that you’re not trying hard enough if you’ve not suffered a broken collarbone. I guess that I eventually became a “proper” cyclist a few years later. Yet to see the benefits. 😉

It'll pay to be alert to inaccurate documents being released - there was one purported to be from Nasser to Epstein, and the DoJ have admitted it was fake, but that they still released it along with the rest, despite their knowing it wasn't real. Expect plenty of that sort of stuff, to try to muddy the waters.

You believe the DOJ?! The whole thing is a fake isn't it?
Well, actually it is fake but that in itself is of interest: The handwriting matches that of a Bill Barr US attorney. Barr oversaw the Justice Department's investigation into the circumstances of Epstein's death and had two prior, indirect connections to Epstein from decades earlier.
What this means is that it was a planted 'suicide letter' further fanning the belief that Epstein was murdered.
On top of that, the DOJ have been saying that on the evening of Epstein's death, the guard fell asleep.

You can't write this sh*t.

Point 2: Tell me there is no connection between a woman who filed a rape allegation against Trump and Epstein who was later discovered with her head blown off.
The follow up investigation was wholly lacking. We don't know if it was suicide or murder. Funny dat. The powers that be were in the pay of Epstein and the investigation was never completed.
Add the fact that Trump was in with the mob in the 80's and 90's. It's seedy as hell. The beauty Pageants, the modelling agencies, Casablancas and Gérald Marie were embroiled in all sorts of allegations of sexual assault and rape. As someone commented "...people are capable of anything to protect themselves".

I am not saying that there won't be fake stuff in there but what is emerging is far worse than what we we have previously believed. There is a current wall of silence from the GOP in light of this.
I think this sh*t will stick. The conspiracists will latch on to even the fake stuff. It's in their nature. It would be ironic.

In time, the name 'Trump' will be totally toxic.

One would hope so, but I gave up hoping to understand America some time ago, and have more faith in the tooth fairy than US justice to actually deliver justice.

In the meantime, I'm not going to hold my breath or try to analyse every 'smoking gun' document that the DoJ releases.

The DOJ and FBI are under the control of this administration like no other. Biden left it alone. Both departments have become politicised and weaponised to cover up these sins. Once Trump falls off the pedestal, some sanity will return.
[Watch Patel's grilling in congress - 'Forbes breaking news'. You'll see Patels gross incompetency, hypocrisy and blatant lies. You will also witness the integrity of the people who are questioning him and that there are people willing to bring them to account.]

Are you a bit mixed up?
The DOJ are trying to hide the smoking gun(s).

No, I'm not. Of course they are. But they'll do everything they can to discredit and confuse, and to pretend that Trump isn't a central figure in the millions of pages. I haven't got the capacity or patience to process and assess millions of documents of varying degrees of veracity or relevance, so I'm not going to pretend I can.
