Larson joined an initial group of 53 House Democrats supporting the articles of impeachment. U.S. Rep. Robin Kelly of Illinois, who spearheaded the effort, said the number continues to grow, reaching almost 70 members by late Wednesday morning.

They tried it in Chicago, but have probably learnt from that that they didn't terrify people enough.

You wouldn't have any fear if you weren't doing or were expected to do something that is technically illegal

it may be quite calculated. After all, this was the city where people really protested against the George Floyd killing.
I have also noticed that by default (it's blue states they are targeting), that they are steering clear of cities with high numbers of blacks. I guess they don't want to kick over that can.

That's not really how it works though is it. It's a leaked list with no differentiation between employees acting responsibly as they carry out their duties and irresponsible ones. If your employer was the subject of criticism over a death and activists issued a list of all their employees, including you, presumably with the idea being that they were all legitimate targets, then I can't imagine you wouldn't be apprehensive about it.

Seems fair. After all, ICE have decided that anyone of colour, or white people trying to drive away from masked men with guns, are legitimate targets. The US used to have this thing called due process. Things are falling apart now that it has been sidelined.
