Seems fair to dox 4,000 people, and by extension their families and children, because of an incident involving other agents?
Seems fair to set up all those people and their families as legitimate targets for some sort of action (because otherwise why dox them) because they're part of the same organisation? That's what this leak does.
It's going to lead to things like swatting and terrorising families. I guess they deserve it because of where mum or dad works though?

Like I said, it's going to get ugly.
Sadly the truth of this is that all of these people are being asked to racially profile in a manner that is a long way beyond acceptable in most civilized countries. Much of what they are doing and how they are doing it is probably illegal in the US.
They are all "following orders", just like good SS officers.
But they are all employees and none are compelled to work for ICE. There is a line beyond which even if you are personally responsibly knocking on doors and politely asking people whether they'd like to leave the US, the overwhelmingly poor behaviour of enough of your colleagues ought to induce you not to want to be associated with them.
For example, I hate my job and I would be a shoe in for a fairly comfortable alternative at a tobacco company. But I don't want to be associated with a tobacco company. That's a fairly easy decision for me. I don't think I would like working on firearms or munitions inventions either.
Therefore working for an organisation that has been for about a year carrying out flagrantly racist, violent and unconstitutional actions should present those of good character with all that much of a moral dilemma should it?
The consequences shouldn't be that your family is at risk, for sure, but it was absolutely inevitable eventually. And has probably been the case for some time on a local level.
