After the events over the last day or so
Trump has basically said that when the US asked NATO for help after 9/11 then "we" sent some help
but they stayed behind the US troops and away from the front line
This is a direct insult to the armed forces of many countries who lost a lot of people as a direct result of an honourable response to a request for help from the USA
As required by the NATO treaty
and the USA is THE ONLY member to invoke that
we didn;t when the Falklands were invaded

It’s disgusting that the draft dodging tangerine coward can say this stuff with impunity. The UK had over 450 killed and more than 600 seriously injured whilst apparently staying away from the frontline. As a percentage of the total number of those served the fatality rate appears to be higher than that of the US. Canada lost over 100 and whilst other countries were lower they probably lost more than at any other time since WW2 all to support the US as that’s what NATO does. Someone needs to point out that Brave, Brave Sir Donnie bravely ran away when called up for Vietnam.
