This was one of the questions asked by a retired General who had been involved in many occupations. He explained how difficult it was and often required the collusion of other nations and almost universally, it rarely works out. Maybe it's just me, but I'd prefer it if they didn't try to pretend their dicks are bigger than they are and that they madedecisions with due consideration, rather than in fury.
