I'm uncertain. Some certainly, family certainly but Trūmp's only loyalty, only concern is for Trūmp. In the past people who worked for his struggle and write their memoires and they don't reflect kindly on Trūmp so he won't want to have pardoned them when that happens.

Add the question as to how many will still be working for him when his term ends eg Will Pam Bondi be getting a universal pardon? (eg she may have broken the law over failing to release the Epstein documentation). Kristi Noem? Greg Bovino? Susan Monarez? Mike Waltz? etc.

Only thing important to Trūmp is Trúmp.

An interesting aspect also related to Trűmp pardoning his staff at the end of his term. Given how readily Trǔmp throws loyal staff "under the bus" and is only concerned with Trūmp, I can't see his "team" having much loyalty and pardons can't be issued then revoked when the "kiss and tell" blockbuster book is published.

Exactly. The deleting of official records and pre-emptive pardons is a tacit admission of wrong doing currently happening.
