“You just couldn’t make it up.”

says the man who made it up.

Why does this always come up as elections get close.

Tuberville hasn't got anything to campaign on - the economy is in decline, the US uis in another forever war, the price of 'gas' is up...

Nope. Moscow are not the bad guys. Israel commit genocide but own all the banks & media so get away with it.

I know you have a habit of talking utter pish at times on here but sometimes you come up with something so unbelievably naive it's next level...

Moscow aren't the bad guys? How anyone can think that is just bizarre.

Ok, they so they do a few naughty things but it’s not enough to have a hot war directly against them is it?

Re Trump's swearing:

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026/sep/27/trump-swearing-president-bad-language

Over the past decade, Donald Trump has been at the vanguard of redefining public standards of what constitutes acceptable language.

Having already been criticized for debasing and coarsening the public discourse during his first presidency – when he was memorably reported to have complained that US was admitting immigrants from “shithole countries” – Trump has let rip during his second.

He has repeatedly used, and seemingly normalized, words never previously heard in public from a US president, at least not intentionally.

A taboo seemed to be broken in June 2025, when Trump profanely condemned Israel and Iran for continuing firing at each other even after hostilities were thought to have been halted following a 12-day war. “They don’t know what they fark they’re doing,” he told reporters on the White House lawn.

I have to say, I think it misses the obvious: he's got dementia, and he's increasingly losing the normal restraint on swearing, as often happens when crucial bits of the brain stop working.
