We are not talking about the general Iranian women. We are talking about the relatives of a cruel barbaric regime that promote Islamic radical ideology from a safe Western country, whilst expecting the women in iran to abide by ayatollahs dictates.

The US is doing the right thing deporting these family members back to iran or whatever other neighbouring country will take them. I bet they won't want to go and live in iran ever again. Shopping is terrible, all in black

Punishing women because of who their uncles are?

They were/are promoting the Islamic ideology from the USA

They are in full support of death to the West, kill Israel whilst living in luxury in the west.

That could equally apply to pretty much all of his posts, with the odd wildcard one thrown in, just to keep the remaining few who bother to read them on their toes

No its a case you dont want to see the truth.

You then decided like many lefties to go to ignore everything, stick your head in the sand.

If that's how you cope in life with reality, that's fine. Not all can cope with the truth 👍

Very good news for the airman, his family, friends and colleagues.
Not so good for everyone else as it will simply be used as proof of the US forces invincibility. The next 36 to 48 hours will be “interesting”.
I'd been thinking through the outcomes possible and impacts.

I had been wondering about if Iran had captured the airman they'd have paraded him on TV (like Trümp did with Maduro) which would cause predictable outrage across the US (incl. those objecting to the war) which would have moved some from anti-war to "we have to sort out the Iranian regime ... needs war".

A tricky one which could have went either way. A bit ironic that Iranian women have been arrested and paraded though.
My initial thought was "hostages". One man's prisoner is another man's hostage.

Punishing these women in particular for saying "unpatriotic" / "anti American" things, you know the things that are incredibly hypocritic considering whilst walking around in clothing the regime they so adore would have hanged them for if it was in Iran, it was a thing that used to be called "freedom of speech" not anymore at least not if you are an green card holder.
Don't feel pity for these individuals but it is equally hypocritic to call it still "land of the free" when that freedom comes with asterisk and waivers. the government uses when it pleases them.

If you move to a country then slag it off, you really dont deserve to be there.

The unfortunate thing about coercing or parading US hostages is that, historically, these things tend to swing more of the US public towards being in favour of a conflict.

This is real.
