I moderately new to NACA area but there are interesting topics to discuss now being swamped with daft Xitter and Tick-tock videos from far right nutters. Nothing to discuss, just twaddle drowning out the interesting discussion.

To be honest was a good place to discuss interesting topics, now it's just swamped by stupidity, no discussion possible.

Maybe time to move to pastures new?

very true, but, I doubt he is alone in that. Being ignored appears to be fairly common fear.

I'm now wondering if it's a chat BOT/ No thinking human can keep posting endless twaddle continually shows as lies and rubbish. And from a source continually shown as rubbish. No listening to responses, no engagement, just new twaddle from sources already shown as worthless.

No human would waste their time shouting drivel to an unresponsive audience. So chat BOT my latest thought?

It’s not interested in discussion, or debate, or corrections, or accuracy, or your evidence-backed rebuttals. It’s sole purpose is to flit from thread to thread chucking shite around and have others waste time cleaning it up. By the time you’ve researched and disproved one lie, it’s already five more lies ahead of you and still laughing.

People are giving it what it wants, which is what keeps it going.

You are right. I stopped but for some stupid reason restarted, maybe because it's so naive and such drivel I sort of feel it needs to be countered with some fact. But posting real information is just ignored as the next fictional conspiracy or twaddle from Twitter gets posted.

Must learn and remember that, as you say, best way to stop it and return to the sensible intersting discussion is to stop feeding it.

It's not interesting, not useful, just a waste of time that destroys any prospect of discussion and learning, debating, etc.
