Illegal Migration Bill — theoretical consequences?

Since there is a retrospective element in the proposed Illegal Migration Bill, might a future government extend its interpretation to apply to all descendents of illegal boat people and so deport the entire UK royal family to Rwanda on the basis that they are relatives of that most famous of illegal boat people, William Duke of Normandy?

It will fail as pretty much every policy they have thrown at this issue so far has, then it will be used to fight the next election with as they have pretty much nothing else to go on, blaming some sort of coalition for conspiring against them, which will be the court system, judges etc etc.
