There have been no small boat crossings in ten days. The number of arrivals compared to this time last year has almost halved (to a relatively piffling 12,500). But the BBC publishes this... one might conclude that someone there has an agenda.

And this from May... it's only in paragraph 11 it admits that "More than 7,380 people have crossed the Channel since January, which is 36% lower than the same period last year", but notice the language... "More than..." starts the sentence, whereas a "Fewer than 7400..." would have given a different slant. It looks very deliberate.
