Depends how you market it.

Some folks would be delighted to spend their time in a holiday home that ruined the SNP and tainted the finest female politician the UK has seen since Mo Mowlam.

MoHos hold their value quite well I think though theirs probably some commonality with the cliff edge on a car once you leave the dealership.
