I suspect Carlson is the first casualty of the fall out.
Lachlan Murdoch has just withdrawn a defamation case in Australia, the defendant in which benefitted from the Dominican voter fraud disclosures. That has caused the payment of the defendant's legal fees.
The Smartmatic action is still in progress against Fox. If Fox pays 50 cent on the dollar like it did in the Dominion case, that will create a payment of $1.35bn.
I understand action is being taken by shareholders of Fox under two separate filings.
There is the former producer at Fox who is suing the company.
And finally, at least publicly, there is potentially action from the Courts arising from the appointment of a special master to look at the Fox attorneys' working papers. The special master was appointed following the the Delaware Court being told disclosures made in respect of Rupert Murdoch's title in the companies was inaccurate. And that telephone calls recorded by the producer in the previous paragraph and which referenced the (lack of of a sensible) source for voter fraud were not lodged by Fox as part of it's disclosure requirement.
Presumably, Carlson will also be speaking to his attorney about his firing, so he can join the queue of litigants.
