It's very frustrating because promises were made at the previous COP about finance for damages and climate mitigation, to these countries - and others which haven't been honoured.

There's still 'talks' about it but no action.

Meanwhile smaller countries who had very little part in Climate Change , are doing lots at their own cost.

Hardly, they've been independent for more than 50 years.
Queen no longer head of state and Barbados adopting republic status is clearly a move away from British influence.

Try as I may, I simply can't get hugely excited about the prospect of Rihanna appearing on a postage stamp.
