It's very frustrating because promises were made at the previous COP about finance for damages and climate mitigation, to these countries - and others which haven't been honoured.

There's still 'talks' about it but no action.

Meanwhile smaller countries who had very little part in Climate Change , are doing lots at their own cost.

I’m sure members of all political persuasions will be as delighted as I am to congratulate a proud island nation on their newly gained sovereignty and escape from under the yoke of foreign control.
