Yet the US keeps it legal.

The US has a terrible record on the use of dangerous pesticides and chemicals, even though the effects have been known for decades, since agent orange or earlier even.

There's been plenty of law suits, 120k against Roundup alone. States like Idaho are now seeking to limit claims, which just shows how powerful big business can be in protecting their interests.
