What would happen if you were to swear in French? C'est un bordel de merde. Translation for English language readers - it is a suboptimal situation.

Well I did use putain de merde in a post (the fictional dialogue of Baptiste Veistroffer as he's asked to go in the break on yet another flat sprint day). They didn't pull me up on it.

They claim they only moderate posts that are reported to them. If true, we can conclude that whoever grassed on you doesn't parlez français.

Anyway, if you put your lantern rouge ramblings here, Pross or I can faithfully copy them across.

No, I refuse to participate in their farce, until they let me back in - but feel free to post on the thread - or to the mods themselves - that the mods have killed it. It's only a tradition brought over from BR Forum that's at least 18 years old and possibly more, that was important enough to our small community that I spent hours and hours getting the wayback machine to archive it when BR deleted everything.

They must really struggle with the 'no French' in the pro racing section. Do we have to start using 'platoon' and 'servant'? Call the race The Lap Of France? Or is this a case where the unwritten rules allow the use of foreign?
