Yes, but not before al-fayed was death or almost death, the million dollar question is would they still commision the same kind of documentary about someone who is still very much alive and in his (or her for that matter) position of power.?
and if so the next question would be only for the ratings or for genuine journalistic interest?

"latest" doing a lot of heavy lifting there. I'm pretty sure Private Eye was reporting on that at least 20 years ago. The only "shock" news here is that someone has actually taken notice. Sadly al-fuggit is deceased, so I'm not sure how much redress is available.
