I think 'iffues' about the tories is very relevant.
'If you' had done X, Y and Z while in power for 14 years we wouldn't be in this position.

None of that has anything to do with Badenoch (apparently, according to Badenoch) and not her fault (apparently according to Badenoch). That she was a senior Cabinet Minister through a fair number of those decisions seems to not be relevant (in the mind of Badenoch). It's all "other peoples fault" (according to Badenoch).

Jenrick has now been quoted as saying his Dad was a gas fitter, in a vain attempt to pitch himself as a man of the people. His father was actually MD of Cannon Industries, which manufactured gas appliances! I wonder if Rupert Murdoch's children claim their old man was a lowly paperboy.

I had no idea he was a linesman, politician and linesman, the guy is certainly a glutton for punishment.

Charles Amos, who used to be a town councillor in East Grinstead, said people should be free to marry and have children with “whoever they want”.

“Individuals should be free to pursue their own good in their own way and that includes the freedom to marry and have children with whoever they want.”

When asked by Ms Cates if he would include siblings in that, Mr Amos said he would.

“I would include siblings in that,” he said.

“If you look at the number of birth defects among individuals that are father and daughter or brother and sister it’s about 57 per cent and although you might go oh that’s absolutely terrible I would note that those individuals wouldn’t exist at all if it weren’t for the marriages that created them so they’re no worse off.

“Sure the birth defects are bad relative to not having them but it’s better to have those birth defects and exist than to not exist at all.”

That last line "He called himself an 'independent Conservative'" That is certainly one way of putting it.

I really hope for everyone's sake that he is an only child!
