I can see a coalition that includes the Tories and Greens being a huge success with no arguing.

I think it may work better than you expect, they won't fight any more than reform were doing in any case. I know two of the councillors, one lib dem and one conservative, and they are excellent local councillors, they are there to help their constituents. Bear in mind that most of the reform councillors are tory defectors, only the reasonable tories stayed tory.

What I can't understand is Labour's position. They voted against the coalition candidate but they abstained on the reform candidate.

What's also interesting is that Reform and the Conservatives weren't prepared to work together. At the moment Reform would *need* the Conservatives to be able to form a government in a general election.

Reform probably would. What's left of the conservatives in Worcestershire would not want to work with reform because they know them. At a national level things may be different, but in here the conservatives I know would probably leave the party before working with reform.
