It's literally you who are dragging other threads, and your personal animosity, into this one with your post. None of those issues were even implied in my post. It was a straightforward reply about Labour claiming new legislation for something that is already a crime.

Yeh they were. A blind man and his dog could see the start of it. Please do kindly post on topic.

It was an on topic post about Starmer. It's literally you trying to drag your personal animosity this thread. I don't think you do yourself any favours.

Please do just stop. It was never intended to be about spiking drinks / Starmer bashing - that was the content of your post - always in denial.

Interesting
I too think Labour would be most likely to be the biggest party- not sure whether they would have a majority or not.
i unlike you would expect the Tories to do better and claw back a little from Reform, and more from the middle of the road voters who swung labour last time. I'm not sure Greens or Lib Dems would do better than they did in July.

What happened in Scotland with the SNP would be interesting. Could they start to regain some of seats they lost, or will Labour trounce them again

Apparently, Liebour are losing a lot of support in Scotland.

Liebour? 2003 called and want their insult back!

Labour are losing some support everywhere, as usual for parties in power. It's not particularly bad in Scotland, is it?

A recent poll suggests they've lost about 10% of their support so are back level with the SNP. Considering the car crash the SNP has been over the last 18 months or so, I'd say that's pretty bad.

I quit my SNP membership this year after 30+ years as I've been so pissed off with their approach.

They've shot themselves in the foot so often I'm surprised they have anything left below the hip.

I'll come back to the SNP but they need to give me a reason to. And they need to get their sh*t together as Reform, to my surprise, are seemingly doing quite well amongst the more dumbassed members of society.

The SNP were in enough trouble, to then voluntarily end their pact with the hitherto supportive Scottish Greens was suicidal.

From what I've read, and remember I'm not in the UK, the Greens have to take just as much blame for this as the SNP.

I wasn't presenting that kind of argument, and I don't intend to follow you into that rabbit hole. My point is that the SNP chose to break the relationship, which proved to be unhelpful to themselves. My argument is just that that decision seems to have been a poor one.

Sorry, it wasn't meant to be a rabbit hole. Just posting what I've read.

No I'm sorry, I should have tried not to sound so dogmatic. My unwillingness is as much to do with lack of knowledge about the SNP as any pretended ownership of the thread just because I initiated it.
