This is one of the Bluesky accounts that is wailing over the defenestration of Starmer. I mean, it was all going *so* well under his leadership – great local and by-election results, polling constantly showing how weak Reform was, etc.

Equally, I'm still getting stuff pop up from loyal Corbynites who say that Starmer always was a terrible person for calling Corbyn antisemitic and purging the party of him, and that he's obviously the most evil person in the universe.

I find it all a bit bizarre, as I still think that Starmer was a just massive disappointment, in the end a Mr Cellophane, who was really bad at politics as PM, and who picked the wrong people to tell him what to do.
