Upcoming elections I'm considering not voting Green. Fliers sent round are all pretty rubbish with candidates going on about very minor local issues )eg helped raise funds for a garden shed for PTA).
So locally all very unimpressive and nationally Polanski does not impress me (I think he's rather an idiot)
Like I said, nothing to decide between candidates, all pushing trivia avoiding significant local issues. So my decision broadens to in part broader scope, in part a message, etc.Unless you are Scottish or Welsh I thought all the upcoming elections were for local councils.
Makes sense to discount them on that basis alone but Polanski should be irrelevant?
"No, we don't want *that* type of green energy, we want locally knitted small-scale organic solar power." Fancy investors wanting to make profits - how preposterous.

I know having spoken to an civil engineer running multiple installations across the UK. Hes from Australia working for a Greek company. Who just sold the electricity generation for 40 years to a foreign investment company.
Why can't the British do this. Ive just installed my own solar project, ordering materials from around the world. Shame I couldn't get British made solar equipment
