I think that there have been a couple of emergency lawsuits already filed against the gerrymander law in Louisiana.

The inconsistency in the SC's rulings is breathtaking: in another case that would have helped Democrats they said they couldn't rule because the election process had already begun, but now, all of a sudden, they are changing laws after an election process has begun, cos...??
