Ha, the BBC lawyers are having fun, as well as knowing how to get Trump to withdraw his claim.

Trump imposes new tariffs on countries over some weird forced labour loophole.

He seems to have no evidence to support the use of forced labour.

The new duties apply to the top 60 US trade partners covering 99.4% of US imports, so it seems to be a blanket ban.

Remember as a kid when you would play a record over and over again until you got bored and ditched it then a while later remembered about and decided to listen again? That seems to be what has happened here.

Luckily no American company will have abused labour rights.

The reason for this is simple. The courts in the US insisted that the previous tariffs were illegal so took away Donnie's favourite toy.
He wanted to play with his toy and never wanted to stop. Now that the legal restriction has been removed he playing again, and is happy.

He's bereft of any real policies.
Apart from tax cuts for the ultra wealthy, cuts, more cuts, supercuts, what has he actually done?
The voting amendment bill isn't getting anywhere, the Iran war is becoming more entrenched, his popularity is a record low (you won vs Nixon Trump, yeah baby).
So the man with dementia sitting in the world's most expensive assisted accommodation facility is both bored and politically impotent*. Despite this, he's still able to wreak a lot of damage.

*Kegsbreath will be along with a bag fat needle soon, don't worry.

The yanks cannot claim lack of knowledge so basically, they are evil bastards.

The US has always leveraged their position of power, but reading this article about a bridge between Canada and USA makes you realise just how difficult it must be dealing with Trump and his pathetic oneupmanship.

I've said this a few times already, but it bears repeating. This has always been the standard behaviour of the US in international relations. The only change with Trump is that he had the bad manners of extending it to white countries.

It’s not just white countries, it’s their closest allies.
It’s crazy.
