And the reaction of those sending the messages is to try and discredit the reporter and the publication he is part of. Can’t they see the individual invited to watch their exchanges is irrelevant, editor of a prestigious national newspaper or a recycling operative from the "east sode" side - it's what they were saying and those exchanges being seen by somebody not involved that is the issue. Maybe they are trying to distract (somewhat pathetic) or maybe they can't see the lapses they made (worrying), neither reflect well on capabilities.The spokesperson said that none of the messages were a breach of national security, but when asked to publish the full conversation they declined to do so.
So it’s not secret, but they will keep it secret.
