Even in the US polls suggest ever fewer are listening to what he says. Overseas, particularly UK/Europe most hold strongly disparaging views of him ... so Is Anybody Listening?

Maybe the bigger aspect is how much he has deluded himself into thinking anybody is paying any attention to his pronouncements, that he fails to even start to recognise widespread public opinion about him.

He’s the guy down the pub that starts putting the world to rights after a few pints. The locals have given up arguing with him and just nod a bit if necessary before ignoring him again.
