Even in the US polls suggest ever fewer are listening to what he says. Overseas, particularly UK/Europe most hold strongly disparaging views of him ... so Is Anybody Listening?

Maybe the bigger aspect is how much he has deluded himself into thinking anybody is paying any attention to his pronouncements, that he fails to even start to recognise widespread public opinion about him.

He’s the guy down the pub that starts putting the world to rights after a few pints. The locals have given up arguing with him and just nod a bit if necessary before ignoring him again.

The Good Friday Agreement was a very bad deal. Clinton did a bad deal.

Ha, I love this photo of Trump being eye-shamed into a slump by President Connolly. He really is such a little man.

Why am I always reminded of those Guardian TV adverts from a few year's back when seeing Brian's posted photos of a person he dislikes?
Especially with modern cameras that can take hundreds of shots a minute, so you can get the blink of the eye to make it look like the subject is asleep, of scowling or whatever you want.

Donald Trump attended a Sinn Féin fundraising dinner in New York just months before the party’s allies in the Provisional IRA ended its ceasefire with a massive terror attack in London’s Canary Wharf district. The Guardian

It's hardly news that the IRA were funded largely by Irish Americans

Fair enough, but my post was just to remind those already knew of the already frosty relationship, and to inform those who didn't.

And this wasn't just about ''Irish Americans''. Trump doesn't have any known Irish ancestry.
