Do not underestimate the depth of prejudice in Christian Nationalism. There's very little ethic in them that one could deem as 'Christian'. ALL of the right wing extremists from the KKK (now remerged with The Heritage group), the proud boys, the boogaloo boys et al (250 recognised right wing 'hate' groups in the US) are all intertwined with the evangelists. The media run by billionaires feed the rhetoric. If you go on YT and watch some of the videos where MAGA's and CF's (Christin fundamentalists - as that is what they are: very little clear sky between them and their Muslim counterparts) are challenged, their responses are gobsmacking in their inherent contradictions and hypocrisy. But they do not see it. None so blind as they that cannot see. It's a very easy rhetoric to feed as the recipients are most conducive.
Interestingly (and worryingly), this is a list of countries with prominent Christian Nationalist movements, including Brazil who have the 'Catholic-evangelical coalition' (?! - do you ever hear the Vatican condemn such groups or attempt to distance themselves from them?)
